Input connector: 1 × 63A 5P male industrial plug (3L+N+PE) mounted on the left side.
Output sockets: 4 × 32A 5P female IEC60309 sockets (3-phase 380–415V).
Internal wiring compartment: Reserved DIN rail mounting space for installing MCB, RCD, isolator and busbars.

This 63A 3 phase portable power distribution box is engineered for harsh environment temporary power supply. Featuring an IP65 high-visibility yellow reinforced housing and built to IEC 60309 standards, it delivers reliable power for construction sites, industrial operations, and machinery fleets.

Mechanical Structure

  • Enclosure: Reinforced glass fiber modified PP plastic, bright yellow construction-grade housing, integrated support legs.

Electrical Working Principle

  • The unit adopts three-phase five-wire power distribution system (L1/L2/L3 + N + PE).
  • 3-phase AC power enters the box via the 63A 5-pin input plug to the internal main busbar.
  • Main busbar evenly distributes power to 4 independent 32A three-phase output circuits.
  • DIN rail area allows installation of main isolator and branch circuit protective devices (MCB/RCD).
  • Common PE busbar runs through all circuits to maintain continuous protective earth connection.

Standard Operating Procedures

Pre-use Inspection: Check for damage to the enclosure seal, latches, and sockets; ensure all protective devices are functioning correctly.
Placement: Place on a flat, hard surface, securely supported by the feet.
Input Connection: Connect the generator or mains cable to the 63A input plug.
Power-on Test: Measure the three-phase voltage balance; connect the load only after confirming it is normal.
Load Wiring: Connect three-phase equipment to the 32A output socket, distributing the three-phase load as evenly as possible.
Power-off Storage: Disconnect all loads → cut off the power supply → unplug the input cables → close and lock the enclosure lid.

FAQ (English)

1: What IP rating does this power box reach?
A: The enclosure achieves IP65 protection when the flip cover is fully closed and latched. Connected industrial sockets reach IP44. It prevents dust ingress and splash water from all directions, not suitable for long-term immersion.
2: Can I install circuit breakers and RCD inside?
A: Yes. The internal space reserves standard DIN rail mounting positions for main isolator, MCBs and residual current devices. We offer pre-wired assemblies with protection devices as an optional configuration.
3: What is the maximum total load?
A: Maximum continuous total load cannot exceed 63A. Each 32A socket supports up to 32A three-phase load. Overload protection is required for safe operation.
4: Why is the enclosure yellow?
A: High-visibility yellow is the international standard color for temporary construction electrical equipment, for easy identification and safety warning on job sites.
5: Can we customize socket layout?
A: Supported. We can adjust socket quantity, add single-phase outlets, install digital volt/amp meters. Custom orders require minimum order quantity.
